ร้านอาหารสวนสน ขายข้าวมันไก่ไหหลำ และขนมจีนไหหลำ

พ.ศ. 2503 เริ่มแรกคุณตากับคุณยายขายที่บ้าน ตรงทางเข้าถนนศุภมิตร ซอยเดียวกับเขตป้อมปราบศัตรูพ่าย หรือนางเลิ้ง นั่นเอง ต่อมากระเถิบไปนิดหน่อย ไปอยู่ตรงหัวมุมถนนพอดี ใช้ชื่อร้านว่า ย่งเฮง จนกระทั่งปี 2520

ประมาณเดือนธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2523 ก็ย้ายมาอยู่ใจกลางเมือง คือซอยต้นสน ถนนเพลินจิต ตรงข้ามกับห้างเซ็นทรัลชิดลม ครั้งแรกที่ย้ายตรงนี้ เดิมอยู่ด้านหลัง เข้าซอยต้นสนแล้ว ยังต้องเข้าไปในซอยเล็ก ๆ อีกใช้ชื่อร้านว่า ร้านต้นสน ซอยต้นสนเดิม ฝั่งนึงเป็นตึกสามชั้น อีกฝั่งนึงเป็นคลองปลูกต้นสนเรียงไปตลอดแนวคลอง อยู่ได้ประมาณครึ่งปี ถึงได้ไปเซ้งร้านสวนสน ร้านอยู่ติดกับถนนของซอยต้นสน อาคารสามชั้นสองห้อง เดิมร้านสวนสนขายข้าวหมูแดง เราไปขอเซ้งต่อ และใช้ชื่อ ร้านอาหารสวนสน ตั้งแต่นั้นเป็นต้นมา

พ.ศ. 2528 มาบุญครองกำลังเปิดใหม่ ๆ ร้านได้รับการรับรองความอร่อยจาก เดลินิวส์ชวนชิม ทางร้านเลยได้เข้าไปขายในศูนย์อาหารชั้น 6 ของมาบุญครอง สมัยนั้น ถือว่าศูนย์อาหารนี้ทันสมัยมาก ๆ ได้ไปขายที่นั่นก็ถือว่ามีหน้าตาอยู่บ้าง ขายอยู่นั่นได้สักหกปี ก็เลิก

แปดปีต่อมา ก็ย้ายออกจากซอย มาอยู่ติดถนนใหญ่ ริมถนนเพลินจิต เช่าที่ของเจ้าของโรงเรียนสอนเทควันโด้อาภัสสา เปิดร้านขายต่อมาเรื่อย ๆ จนกระทั่งรถไฟฟ้าสร้างเสร็จสักพัก ตรงนั้นมันมีตลาดนัด คนขายของเยอะมาก ๆ เจ้าของที่เขาก็เลยอยากจะเพิ่มเป็นบล็อค ๆ ให้คนมาเช่าทำตลาด ก็เลยให้ร้านย้ายเข้าไปอยู่ด้านใน ซึ่งเดิมเคยทำเป็นร้านตีสนุ๊กมาก่อน เราก็เลยย้ายไปอยู่ตึกข้างใน

อยู่ได้สามปี เพราะว่าสัญญามีแค่นั้น พอหมดสัญญาปุ๊บ ยังไม่ทันจะได้เตรียมตัวขยับขยาย ก็ได้ข่าวว่าเจ้าของที่เขาขายที่ดินตรงนั้นให้คนอื่นไปแล้ว เราเช่าเขาอยู่หนะ แล้วทางเราก็ไม่เคยเจอกับเจ้าของใหม่ ก็เลย..อยากจะต่อสัญญา ก็ทำไม่ได้ ต้องรีบรนรานย้ายข้าวของออกจากตรงนั้น พร้อมทั้งย้ายร้านและคนมาอยู่ที่บางโพแทน รวมเบ็ดเสร็จ ร้านอยู่ตรงถนนเพลินจิตเป็นเวลา 25 ปี

ร้านนี้ เป็นของน้องสาวคุณยายกับครอบครัว ใช้ชื่อว่า ร้านโกอ่าง ซึ่งขายมาหลายสิบปีแล้วเหมือนกัน คนแถวนั้นรู้จักกันทั้งนั้น ช่วงนี้คุณยายสุขภาพไม่แข็งแรง คุณตาเองก็ทำคนเดียวไม่ไหว เราก็ไปเช่าร้านต่อ ให้คุณตาคุณยายได้พัก พร้อมทั้งใช้ชื่อร้านเป็น ร้านโกอ่าง-สวนสน ตั้งแต่ 1 พฤษภาคม 2549

Suansone Restaurant: Hainan Chicken with Rice, Hainan Noodles

in 1960 my grandfather and grandmother started the restaurant. that time, our house was our restaurant as well. the house is at the entrance of Suphamit Road, Nang Lerng Market area. our restaurant's name was Yong-Heng. we were there until the year 1977

around december 1980, we moved to downtown, at Soi Tonson, Pleonchit Road. opposite the Central Chidlom Departmentstore. first we moved here, the house was in the back, and not on the street. we used the name TonSon. about half a year, we moved out to front. we rent the place which used to be a restaurant as well. its name is SuanSone, that we decided to keep using it since.


in 1985, MBK was newly opened. there was a place at FoodCourt on the sixth floor, we were selling chicken-rice and hainanese noodles there for six years.

eight years later, we moved from Soi Tonson to be on the Pleonchit Road. we rent the place from the owner of Taekwondo School. after the BTS opened for some time, we moved again to the back. because the owner wanted to manage that place to be a flea market. so they renovated the place, that made us to move in to the building, used to be a snooker club.

we were there for only three years as contract. not as soon we were ready to move out, we heard that the land was sold. we didn't manage to meet up with the new landlord, though we needed so bad to rent the place again, nothing we could do. immediately, we packed our bags and left. altogether we'd been living at Pleonchit for 25 years.

this place where we are now belongs to the family of younger sister of my grandmother. their restaurant names Ko-Ang, been opening for many years as well. recently the grandmother doesn't feel well, grandfather can't do all the work alone, so we rent the place, or let's say we take over it. since may 1st, 2006 the restaurant's name is KoAng-SuanSone
